The Mondo Floral Designs creative team will be partnering with Spicers Clovelly Estate for a floral workshop that stirs the creative senses and highlights a partnership of florals, fine food and relaxed recreation. This exceptional offering is a unique opportunity to indulge in a day of French inspired luxury, surrounded by breathtaking blooms and a hands-on experience for each participant in a uniquely created botanical floral workshop.
Terrianne and her team will be hosting a Creative Floral Workshop for lovers of all things blooming, and the luxury package will include a full day of floral tuition and interactive workshop education, right here at Clovelly’s beautiful Montville property. Have you ever wondered how to get those flowers to sit perfectly in your vase, how to create a shape that flows beautifully within the vessel, and accent your interior? This workshop explains care of flowers, what’s important to get those blooms to last longer, how to design, style and shape a design to suit your space and your vase! The demonstration touches on the basics of vessel selection, choosing floral and greenery, flower preparation, foraging, and design techniques. All participants will then get to create their own floral masterpiece!

Are you an entertainer? I think everyone will agree that a beautifully styled dinner table includes a floral design, it’s an absolute must! Or do you find yourself offering your creative services to friends, for celebrations and events, but would love to have a better understanding of floral design? Our demonstration discusses the building blocks of design principles such as colour theory, balance, layering and textiles, and how to create a cohesive feel to your tablescape in a couple of easy steps. Following discussion, we will have a full floral demonstration and then you will build your own floral centrepiece to match your chosen design brief.

An opportunity to ask the floral team anything about flowers, a fun relaxed finish to a creatively stimulated day of learning.
You don’t need to have any experience to take part in our workshop, each individual attendee will have the opportunity to express their own creative style through flowers in a uniquely supported and inclusive way.

The workshops to follow throughout the day are designed for those who are keen to know more about creating flowers for home, or perhaps for those budding floral enthusiasts who love floral design and would like to experience education and information on the beginning techniques of working with flowers. No experience is needed, just a love for flowers, and a desire to learn. Floral styling in partnership with interior décor and dinner party and small event opportunities will be touched on as well as how to care for flowers when purchased for the home, how to keep them alive longer, and how to arrange them, uniquely for you.
