Please refer to the following conditions, these terms and conditions are deemed as agreed upon when booking and confirming your wedding floral designs with Mondo Floral Designs.
- 1. To secure your booking with Mondo Floral Designs:
- (i) A twenty percent deposit of your total wedding flower concept price is payable to confirm us as your floral designers for your chosen wedding date, or;
- (ii) For clients who would like to secure our services but haven’t yet had the opportunity to receive a proposal, see us, or discuss your wedding flowers, and want to confirm our services promptly, we suggest to pay a $500 deposit to secure your wedding in our diary. Acceptance of your wedding date is still at the discretion of Mondo Floral Designs based on availability. Upon confirmation of your total spend this deposit amount will be required to be paid up to 20% of your total spend within 30 days.
- (iii) This deposit will be deducted from your final balance owing, and;
- (iv) Your wedding is not confirmed with us until we receive your deposit, should your deposit not be received we will reserve the right to make ourselves available to other party’s wanting to confirm us for their chosen date.
- 2. For concepts greater than $2500 in total spend, progress payments will apply as follows:
- (i) 20% deposit or $500 initially per point 1. (ii) above after which the deposit will be adjusted to make up 20% of the total spend within 30 days.
- (ii) A progress payment equal to 20% of the total spend will be payable 90 days in advance of your wedding date
- (iii) Final payment in full is required 21 days in advance of your wedding date
- 3. For concepts less than $2500 in total spend:
- (i) 20% deposit or $500 initially per point 1. (ii) above
- (ii) Payment in full is required 21 days in advance of your wedding date
No reductions or changes can be made within 30 days of your wedding date. No reductions greater than 10% of your confirmed wedding order will be accepted within the 90-day lead-up to your wedding date. So, for example you can’t cancel large portions of your floral concept within this time frame.
All monies paid are non-refundable
You are accepting any minimum spend requirements as noted in your proposal.
We accept electronic transfer or credit cards for your deposit. If you wish to pay your deposit or final balance by credit card a 1.5% surcharge fee will apply.
Please reference clients full name and wedding date with any payments made via electronic transfer, a receipt will be issued within 7 days of your deposit being received.
Orders will not be delivered until payment in full has been received and Mondo Floral Designs is satisfied with the integrity of the order and payment.
All effort will be made By Mondo Floral Designs to supply the products agreed upon at the time of booking. However, Mondo Floral Designs will not be held responsible if the products are not available as a result of, but not limited to, a force majeure event, unavailability, seasonal variation, adverse weather conditions, or poor quality of product supply. If required Mondo Floral Designs reserves the right to use its discretion to supply similar or substitute higher quality product under such circumstances and will try where possible to agree this alternative product with you prior to supply.
Mondo Floral Designs will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen, altered or damaged after delivery of your wedding flowers has taken place.
Mondo Floral Designs will issue you with a delivery time and schedule the week of your wedding, the timing of your delivery will be based on your wedding date and ceremony time, as well as other industry professional’s requirements, for example photographers, stylists/decorators and hair and beauty stylists.
Six to eight weeks prior to your wedding day Mondo Floral Designs will forward you a final copy of your documentation which needs to be confirmed and checked in full, no responsibility will be taken for any information deemed as correct at this time that may then change without our knowledge.
All of our items provided to house your floral styling i.e. vases, vessels, pedestals, urns, structures or any other hire/floral styling items that are provided on a loan/hire basis, you are responsible for any damages, loss or theft that may occur prior to the goods being picked up.
When booking Mondo Floral Designs, you do so acknowledging that we will be the sole contributors of floral wedding designs for your day. Unfortunately, we are unable to take on clients who partly outsource other floral areas to third party providers.
