Claire and Travis were married earlier this year at beautiful Spicers Clovelly Estate and decided on a woodlands country wedding style to feature throughout the vision for their wedding day. Natural organic styling elements were incorporated into the floral concept that featured a variety of textural foliage accents including vine, twigs and willow in combination with Autumn floral blooms. The beautiful couple also introduced timber candle designs into the reception styling which highlighted a little more of the rustic style of the day, and in combination with the textural floral concept finished the floral story perfectly.
Claire chose to carry a bouquet that featured a combination of vintage blooms that collaborated seamlessly with the flowering fillers, berries and rustic foliage textures of the design. Soft antique pink, mink, vintage cream and blush featured with sage green accents that partnered perfectly with the bridesmaids dress styling.
With a touch of rain on the horizon the ceremony was held indoors in the restaurant space at Spicers Clovelly, but our rustic heart feature that was placed outdoors on the beautiful Jacaranda tree proved to still be a divine backdrop feature for after ceremony photography when there was a break in the weather.
The reception featured our collection of natural timber boxes and clusters of jars, each showcased with a collaboration of rustic foliage’s, and also featuring the beautiful blooms featured throughout the bouquets. David Austin roses, cottage roses, ranunculus, lisianthus and a variety of eucalypt foliage, tee tree and flowering fillers also featured. We also placed loosely scattered foliage and leaf elements in the spacing’s between the floral groupings and this proved to be a wonderful way to introduce that organic rustic floral feel onto the tables. The overhead chandeliers were dressed with foliage’s and rustic greenery and further continued the woodlands country wedding style throughout the beautiful deck space.
As you can see from the gorgeous imagery captured by Calli B Photography regardless of the weather on your wedding day the hinterland is the perfect backdrop for breathtaking photography.
‘Dear Terrianne and team, once again, I can’t thank you enough for being so supportive, attentive to detail, and for the time you took to really listen to what we wanted; it made such a big difference during the planning stage and the outcome speaks for itself – it’s exactly what I was hoping for!’ Regards Claire.
