Peonies and baby’s breath well all I can say is ooh-la-lah!!
I can remember the popularity of baby’s breath some time ago when I was creating weddings in Brisbane, and like most trends it seemed to run far far away, mainly because it probably wasn’t featured the best way possible and which is why I love it when trends return and we get to showcase a different spin on things.
Our beautiful bride Danielle was married at Maleny Manor late last year, her vintage inspired wedding concept featured a bridal bouquet of peonies with a hint of baby’s breath and a touch of dusty miller.
Danielle’s bridesmaids carried bouquets of baby’s breath with a feature of dusty miller, so gorgeous and whimsical! A small touch of twine was introduced into the bouquets to give the designs a slight rustic country feel. I just adore baby’s breath on mass!!
We also created a hanging rustic structure that we placed in the pavilion and hung above the couple as they said ‘I Do’ soft pink peonies, lisianthus, baby’s breath and dusty miller also featured here. Sweet chair jars of baby’s breath swung lightly from each aisle chair.
The reception featured elegant tall vases of baby’s breath with just a touch of rustic willow that completed this wedding concept perfectly!
