I am not sure if this post actually needs to much explanation, the beautiful images captured by Karen Buckle Photography certainly tell the story so well. From our perspective it was another fabulous opportunity to combine colour and texture and create a pretty special floral concept for Amanda and Nathan’s recent wedding at Maleny Manor.
First up let’s bring your attention to the rustic floral arch we suspended from the perfect pavilion at Maleny Manor, pops of punchy colour surrounded by rustic twigs and branches was the first installment of the special styling story for this chic wedding day. Accented by cute little hanging chair jars that lined the aisle and added another punch of colour for the ceremony, we certainly did LOVE!
The wedding bouquet…will let me tell you it’s hard to pick favourites in my world, but I have to say I think this is one of them, I was truly delighted to be able to put this little beauty together, quite simply it did take my breath away!
We also adored creating the sweet buttonhole designs for the boys, unstructured exposed raw stems with hints of twine the perfect accent for these boys in blue!
The menu of deliciousness for this delightful day included, the princess of prettiness those divine poppies, also shining brightly were peonies, hyacinth, Billy Buttons, roses, double tulips, freesias and a wonderful collection of flowering fillers and whimsical foliages!
The reception well here we go….timber boxes, white milk bottles and French Mason jars combined in unison with quirky eclectic blooms and vivid punches of colour, ooh la lah… and what about that cake!!! great work Cake Designs, there certainly was a lot of celebrating that day, what fabulous fun and we were thrilled to be a part of this cute couples very special day!
